About

My real endboss was never in the game...

Hey! I am Riccardo, the developer of GuildNest.app. Since 2017 I have been leading guilds and raids in GW2, ESO and T&L. Planning, loot, admin and monitoring were what annoyed me most and ate the most time. In 2025 I decided to build my own tool: GuildNest.

Who I am

Riccardo

Founder & Developer

In MMOs since my teens and a full-time software developer for over seven years. Right now my guild and I are playing Throne and Liberty and Aion2. I have been the GM, the raid lead and the guy with the DKP spreadsheet. Every feature in GuildNest has passed that field test: needed first, built second.

Why I build this

Guild leadership is an endgame nobody prepares you for.

Sign-ups in Discord, attendance in one spreadsheet, DKP in a second one, and a build overview that was already outdated when I posted it. That is what my guild leadership looked like. The raid itself was fun. The twenty minutes of copy-paste before and after were not.

So I built the tool I always wanted as a guild lead: an all-in-one tool with full Discord integration and statistics that is quick and easy to use on your phone when you are on the go.

How I work

EU servers, GDPR

GuildNest runs on servers in the EU under German data protection law. There are no third-party ad trackers.

Your data stays yours

You can export members, events and loot history at any time. If you ever want to switch, you simply take your guild records with you.

You talk to the developer

Support without a queue: in the Discord you get an answer straight from the person who committed the code. Bug reports do not end up in backlog nirvana, they end up with me.

Built while playing

I use GuildNest in my own guild every week. Whatever does not prove itself on a real raid night gets thrown out again or improved until it fits.

Where things stand

All core features live

All core functions are online and in daily use: events, members, loot distribution, builds and the Discord integration. What I build next is decided together with the guilds already using GuildNest. If you want a say in it: join the Discord.
