How many officers can work on one board at the same time?

With War Council several officers edit the same canvas live over the real-time gateway, including live cursors and presence. On the Guild Master plan you plan your boards yourself and share them with the guild.

Can I upload my own maps?

Yes. Besides the built-in maps per game and generic grids you upload your own maps. Every upload runs through a security scan before it lands on the board.

Can other guilds see my tactics?

No. You set visibility to guild, private draft or leadership. Other guilds do not even get a hint that the board exists (404 instead of 403).

What happens if two people change the same thing?

The hub keeps up to 50 snapshots per tactic and saves automatically every 5 minutes. If something goes sideways, you roll back to an earlier state. The pinned published version stays the binding call for everyone.

Can I share a tactic in Discord?

Yes. Export the board as a rendered PNG up to 3840px and attach it to your sign-up post or drop it straight into Discord.

Which games have maps?

Among others WoW, FFXIV, Aion Classic and Aion 2, Throne and Liberty, GW2, Lost Ark, Ashes of Creation, BDO, ESO and Chrono Odyssey. If a map is missing, you simply upload it yourself.
