Is GuildNest still in beta?

Accepted Answer

No. GuildNest is live and running in production, Roster, Loot, Events, DKP, Discord Bot, Bank, Achievements and Multi-Language (DE/EN/ES/FR/IT) are running stably. What's currently developing are the features on the roadmap (Build Manager, Attendance Policy Engine, Alliance System, Tactic Hub), these come gradually with updates.

Is this just another Discord bot?

No. Discord bots have no memory, sign-ups disappear, loot logs too. GuildNest is the foundation: data lives in the app, Discord becomes the interface. You can operate everything via slash commands and embeds, but the history stays forever.

Question 3

What's the difference from Raid-Helper or WowAudit?

Accepted Answer

Raid-Helper does sign-ups well, but nothing else. WowAudit is WoW-only and not a Discord hub. GuildNest does Roster + Loot + Comp + Attendance + Builds + Discord, and everything is connected. You don't need to wire tools together anymore.

How does Loot Council transparency work?

Accepted Answer

Every loot decision shows: who voted, how they voted, what the need reason was, how high the recipient's attendance score is. Members can view their own loot history and all council decisions. Drama simply has no reason to exist anymore.

Which languages is GuildNest available in?

GuildNest is available in English, German, Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Russian. You switch languages with the picker in the header, and your choice is stored in your browser.

Which games are currently supported?

GuildNest is live with native class, spec and role support for 11 games: WoW (Retail & Classic), FFXIV, Throne & Liberty, Guild Wars 2, Lost Ark, Aion Classic, Aion 2, Ashes of Creation, ESO, Black Desert Online and Chrono Odyssey. If your game is missing, let us know.

My game isn't on the list, does GuildNest still work?

Yes. Just choose "Custom Game" during setup, give the guild a name, done. Roster, Events, Sign-Ups, DKP, Discord Bot, Bank, everything works. In Loot & Bank you create Custom Items (with Rarity, Slot, Icon) and Custom Currencies (DKP, Gold, Tokens, Sigil Shards, whatever you want). Loot Council, Rolls and Distribution work with Custom Items just like native ones.

Can I use GuildNest for free?

Yes. The Free Pass is free forever and needs no credit card: up to 40 members in one guild, roster and sign-ups, simple events, the application system, builds with the full item database and 500 MB of storage, plus the Discord bot on one server. Free limits are 4 open event posts, 50 bot commands per day and 30 days of attendance history.

Which plans are there?

Three. Free Pass is free, Guild Master is for active raiding guilds (up to 100 members, 3 guilds, event series and templates, simple DKP, auto attendance, the Discord bot on 3 servers, 5 GB of storage), and War Council is for hardcore guilds (unlimited members and guilds, multi-raid and split-run logic, EPGP with auto decay, full analytics, 25 GB of storage, the alliance system, Tactic Hub and priority support). Annual billing saves 20 percent; current prices are on the home page.

Why does my bank statement show “LINK.COM* GUILDNEST”?

Payments are processed by Stripe/Link as the seller, so the charge appears as “LINK.COM* GUILDNEST”. It is your GuildNest subscription. You manage your payment method and invoices at link.com, and you can cancel directly in your subscription settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Either in your account under "Subscription & Billing" or through the cancellation page, which works without logging in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: your access stays until then, after that your account drops back to the free plan. We confirm receipt and the end date by email.

What can the GuildNest bot do on my Discord server?

Accepted Answer

It posts events as embeds with sign-up buttons and understands slash commands. Depending on your plan it adds welcome messages, reaction roles, ticketing and temporary voice channels. Everything that happens in Discord lands in GuildNest: sign-ups, loot entries and history live in the app, not in your channel scrollback.

On how many Discord servers does the bot run?

Free Pass: one server with event posts and slash commands, capped at 4 open event posts and 50 bot commands per day. Guild Master: three servers, including embeds and welcome messages. War Council: unlimited servers, plus reaction roles, ticketing and temp voice.

What happens to my data?

Accepted Answer

Servers in Frankfurt (Hetzner), GDPR compliant, export always possible (CSV, JSON, ICS). No ads, no selling, no tracking pixels. We're a solo SaaS, we live from paying customers, not from data.

Can I export my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any time and on your own. Roster, wishlists and currency and loot transactions can be downloaded as CSV, XLSX, ODS, JSON or PDF. There is no lock-in: if you want to leave, you take your data with you.
